Ferros – Hacker
Sangiovese 85%, Other grape varieties 15%.
Toscana Sangiovese Hacker di Ferro 13 is born in vineyards located in the hills of Greve in Chianti, in the province of Florence.
It is produced mainly from Sangiovese and other red grapes, harvested in late September. Fermentation takes place separately according to the plot of origin of the grapes in order to express the characteristics of the terroir in the most authentic way. Thereafter, the wine continues with a separate maturation, after which the blend is assembled that will remain in steel for 30 days, before being bottled.
Iron Hacker 13 has an intense red color. The nose opens with aromas reminiscent of violets, enriched with notes of red berries. On the palate, it is fresh and structured.
It is a perfect accompaniment to appetizers and simmered meats, and is ideal in combination with grilled meats and cold cuts. Try it with Florentine on a bed of grilled vegetables.
Prosecco Extra Dry Le Boss di Ferro 13 is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with aromas of yellow fruit, enriched with floral notes. In the mouth it is pleasantly fresh and balanced.
Perfect as an aperitif, this prosecco is also excellent throughout the meal.
