Ferros – Hipster
Negroamaro 85%, Other grape varieties 15%.
Puglia Negroamaro Hipster di Ferro 13 is born in vineyards located on the Salento coast, south of Brindisi.
It is produced mainly with Negroamaro and other red grapes, harvested between the end of September and the beginning of October, in two stages, the first at full aromatic ripeness, the second at overripe. Fermentation takes place separately for a single harvest, as well as maturation, which takes place for 6 months in steel for the first harvest, and for 6 months in small capacity barrels for the second harvest. After blending, the wine rests in steel for 30 days before bottling.
Ferro Hipster 13 has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with a complex bouquet, with notes of red fruits and currants, enriched with spicy notes where pepper predominates. In the mouth it is full-bodied, smooth and harmonious.
Perfect with grilled meats, this wine is ideal with mature cheeses and spicy dishes. Try it with Basque tapas.
