Jean Huttard – LN
This sweet wine is delicate and fine. The aromas of hazelnuts associated with ripe pear as well as the smoky notes are revealed by a goldsmith’s work in the vineyard and a gentle vinification. To be served between 10 and 12°C.
This mellow pinot gris is a call to sweetness, sharing and pleasure. It can be served as an aperitif or it will be a perfect match with fruit pastries, chocolates or melting caramels.
The grapes are cut and brought whole to the pneumatic press. After a pressing of 4 hours, we carry out a fermentation at low temperature. This is followed by 8 months of maturation on fine lees.
