Jean Huttard – Riesling
This late harvest Riesling very candied will please you by its unctuousness and will surprise you by its aromatic freshness. A very balanced and mellow wine, which is the consecration of a meticulous work and selection.
A very rare wine, to be drunk as an aperitif, with a Foie Gras, a lemon pie or just for pleasure.
The grapes are cut and brought whole to the pneumatic press. After a pressing of 4 hours, we carry out a fermentation at low temperature. This is followed by 6 months of maturation on fine lees.
Bottling in summer 2016. Storage in bottle minimum 18 months before marketing.
