50% meunier 25% chardonnay 25% pinot noir – old vines (over 30 years old)

Made only from old vines, this cuvée breaks away from the standards of champagnes by its greediness, its aromas of nectarine, apricot, mirabelle plum and sweet and sour spices with wild notes of heather.

Only 640 bottles produced
Made according to vegan principles

Food and wine pairing:
-Champagne poached turbot, roasted peaches with semi-salted butter
-Peach poached with saffron, mascarpone Thai melon
